Section 13(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice Act, 1997
(1)If any police officer or any other person or organisation authorised by the Government in this behalf, by general or special order, is of opinion that a person is apparently a neglected juvenile, such police officer or other person or organisation may take charge of that person for brining him before a Board.
