Section 3(1) in The National Thermal Power Corporation Limited, The National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited and The North-Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (Acquisition and Transfer Of Power Transmission Systems) Act, 1993
(1)On the appointed day, the power transmission system and the right, title and interest of each of the three companies in relation to its power transmission system shall, by virtue of this Act, be deemed to have been transferred to, and vested in, the Central Government.
