Section 49(1) in Gujarat Organic Agricultural University Act, 2017
(1)Every affiliated centre or college or recognized institution shall comply with the provisions made in that behalf by this Act, the Statutes and the regulations, in respect of the medium of instruction in organic agriculture and allied sciences, research in organic agriculture and programmes of extension education and examination therein.
