Section 1 in The Jammu and Kashmir Agricultural Income Tax Act, 1962
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Agricultural Income Tax Act, 1962.(2)It extends to the whole of the State.(3)[ It shall come into force with effect from 1st day of April, 1965.] [Sub-section (3) substituted by Act No. XV of 1965.]
