(11)Application forms for permission to appear at the Secondary School Examination will be signed by the Headmaster/Principal of the school at which the candidates have been examined and have passed and must be forwarded by him, together with the Secondary School Examination fees, which he will realise from the candidates concerned direct to the Secretary of the Bihar School Examination Board.(D.
