Section 14(5) in The Orissa Contributory Provident Fund Rules, 1938
(5)If an advance has been granted to a subscriber and drawn by him and the advance is subsequently disallowed before repayment is completed, the whole or balance of the amount withdrawn, shall, with interest at the rate provided in Rule 11, forthwith be repaid by the subscriber to the Fund, or in default, be ordered by the Account Officer to be recovered by deduction from the emoluments of the subscriber by instalments or otherwise, as may be directed by one of the authorities competent to grant an advance under Clause (a) of Sub-rule (2) of Rule 12 :Provided that Mohammedan subscribers whose deposits in the Fund carry no interest shall not be required to pay any interest.
