Section 421(1)(b) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948

(b)fails to comply with any direction lawfully given to him or any requisition lawfully made upon him under any of the said provisions or rules, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to the amount mentioned in the third column of the said table.
