ORAL ORDER
2 23-12-2022Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners are in custody since 02.08.2022 in connection with Supplementary K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 294 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/325/307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that others are said to have assaulted the deceased and there is no specific allegation against these petitioners. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55385 of 2022(2) dt.23-12-2022 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Supplementary K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 294 of 2019.
It is directed that the petitioners will regularly participate in the trial and will appear themselves or through their lawyer(s). Any default in regular appearance will lead in cancellation of their bail bonds.
