Section 96A in Sikkim Co-Operative Societies Act, 1978
96A. Allotment of share and voting rights of the members of the State Co-operative Bank.
(1)Subject to the provisions of section 89 allotment of shares to members of the State Co-operative Bank shall be governed by the provisions of its bye-law as approved by the Registrar.(2)The voting rights of members shall be proportionate to the shares held by each member.
