Section 6(1) in Andhra Pradesh Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2014
(1)The Commissioner, Rehabilitation & Resettlement shall be the state Social Impact Assessment Unit to arrange to carry out Social Impact Assessment Study (herein after referred to as SIA).
