Section 9 in The Chhattisgarh Excise Settlement of Licences for Retail Sale of Foreign Liquor (In District Raipur, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Dhamtari and Mahasamund) Rules, 2001
9. District level committee.
- There shall be a district level committee for selection of licensees for retail sale of foreign liquor. The committee shall consist of the :-| (i) | The Collector of the District | Chairman |
