- Whoever without reasonable excuse willfully enters or remains in or upon any dwelling house or building or premises or any land or ground attached thereto, or any ground or Government building or monument or any building appropriated to public purposes, whether any actual damage is caused thereby or not, be punished with fine which may extend to twenty rupees.
