Section 16(1) in The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 1989
(1)Registrar shall be appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendation of a selection committee constituted under section 52. His qualifications, emoluments and terms and conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
