Section 30B(1) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Rules, 1965
(1)Immediately after the election of the Committee members and the receipt of the Government nomination, if any, the Election Officer shall arrange to convene a meeting of the Committee for election of the President of the Society, with the assistance of the Secretary or the Executive Officer of the Society.
