(2)(a)An application for a special game hunting licence shall be made to the Chief Wild Life Warden.(b)An application for a big game hunting licence or a small game hunting licence may be made to the Chief Wild Life Warden or any other officer authorised by the Chief Wild Life Warden in this behalf (in either case hereinafter referred to as the Issuing Officer).
