Section 5(3) in The Rajasthan Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955
(3)The Vice-Chairman may resign his office by a letter addressed to the Chairman of the Board, or may be removed by a resolution passed by majority of the non-official members of the Board of which not less than fourteen clear days' notice shall be given to all non-official members.
