45. Submission of Returns.
(1)Every licensee shall submit a monthly return to the Chief Wild Life Warden or the authorised officer, furnishing a true copy of the entries made by him in the relevant Register referred to in Rule 44, during the course of a month, duly certified and signed by the licensee as true copies of such entries.(2)The return under Sub-clause (1) shall be submitted by the tenth of the month following the month to which the return relates.[Chapter-V] [Inserted by Orissa Gazette, Part III, No. 41 dated 8.10.1976.] A Procedure for Regulation of Fishing inside Sanctuary
