Section 142(1) in Kerala Land Reforms (Tenancy) Rules, 1970
(1)At any Time After The Expiry Of Twelve Years From The Date Contract of tenancy or the date of refixation of rent under this rule, the lessor or lessee may apply to the Land Tribunal for refixation of the rent.
