Section 9(1) in Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition and Control) Act, 2014
(1)The Commissioner, with previous sanction of the Government, may grant to any person, on such conditions and for such period as it may thinks fit, the exclusive privilege -(a)of manufacturing or supplying by wholesale or retail, any country liquor within any specified local area.(b)of selling by wholesale or retail, any country liquor within any specified local area.
