Section 365(8) in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
(8)The Municipal Commissioner may, from time to time, grant to any person a licence to act as a town planner subject to his possessing such qualifications or experience and on payment_ of such fee as may be prescribedProvided that every such licence shall be renewed every three years.
