36. Recovery of cost of hedging or Foreign Exchange Rate Variation.
- Recovery of cost of hedging or foreign exchange rate variation shall be made directly by the RLDCs from the users without making any application before the Commission:Provided that in case of any objections by users regarding the cost of hedging or foreign exchange rate variation, the RLDCs may make an appropriate application before the Commission for decision.
