Section 60(1)(d) in The Assam Children Act, 1970

(d)any penalty, forfeiture or punishment in respect of any offence committed against any law so repealed; and any such investigation, legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced any such penalty, forfeiture or punishment may be imposed, as if this Act has not been passed.
