Section 96(2)(i) in The M.P. Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960

(i)any society registered or deemed to have been registered under the enactment specified in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to be registered under this Act and its bye-laws shall, so far as the same are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be deemed to be registered under this Act and continue in force until altered or rescinded;
