(3)Actual expenses incurred for transport, and porterage will be reimbursed subject to the following limits:

Notes. - (i) Major A class cities are Ahmedabad, Bombay, Banglore, Calcutta, Hyderabad, Kanpur, Madras, New Dehli, Nagpur, Pune and Captials of other states and UTs.

(ii)Area I includes cities with population of 3 lakhs and above, as per 1991 census.
