Section 70(1) in Arunachal Pradesh (Land Settlement and Records) Act, 2000
(1)In default of the payment of deposit referred to in section 69 the property shall be put up for re-sale and the expenses incurred in connection with the first sale shall be borne by the defaulting bidder.
