361. Prohibition against removal or obliteration of notice.
- No person shall, without authority in that behalf, remove, destroy, deface, or otherwise obliterate, any notice exhibited by, or under the orders of the council or the [executive authority] [These words were substitute for the word 'chairman' by section 17(1) of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities (Amendment) Act, 1933 (Tamil Nadu Act XV of 1933).].
