Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing: The following were present Complainant: Absent Respondent: Mr. S Mishra CPIO through VC M: 09437226110 The applicant was given an opportunity to participate in the hearing but he is absent. The CPIO stated that the information requested by the applicant in his RTI application dated 15/05/2013 was provided vide letter dated 15/06/2013. He further stated that the applicant's grievance has been redressed and an amount of Rs.17733/- has been paid to him on 05/05/2015.Page 1 of 2
