ORDER
Shri Md. Rafique Ansari, hereinafter called the appellant, has filed the present appeal dated 21.12.2011, before the Commission against the respondent Central Coalfields Ltd. (CCL), Ranchi for providing incomplete information in response to his RTI-application dated 19.9.2011. The appellant was absent where as the respondent were represented by Shri T.B. Mitra, CGM (S&R)/FAA, Shri S.N. Singh GM (L&R)/CPIO and Shri M. Birna, Sr. Manager.
2. The appellant, through his RTI application dated 19.9.2011 sought information regarding release of his pension, though he had retired in July, 2010. The appellant also sought to know the reasons for delay in payment of his pension. The CPIO through his reply dated 30.9.2011, enclosing 12 pages of information received from the DGM(P)/Pension, CCL Ranchi, in which it has been stated that pension contribution (2% and one increment) in respect of the member could not be traced out for the period 3/90 to 3/98 and the same has been communicated to Jharkhand Colliery Management vide letter dated 11.12.2010 for verification.

3. The appellant has not availed the first appellate channel u/s 19(1) of the RTI Act and has instead file appeal before the Commission directly on the same issue.
4. During the hearing the respondent state that the appellant's pension has now been sanctioned and payment from the due date has been made to him.
5. Since the matter has been settled, no interference is called for on the part of the Commission.
The matter is disposed of on the part of the Commission.
