Section 18(l) in The Maharashtra Water Conservation Corporation Act, 2000
(l)to undertake schemes or works, either jointly with owner corporate bodies or institutions, with the Government or local bodies or on agency basis in furtherance of the purposes for which the Corporation is established and all matters connected therewith;
