Section 21(4) in The Karnataka Small Cause Courts Act, 1964
(4)(a)The local limits of the jurisdiction of the Vacation Judge, Court of Small Causes shall be the same as those of the Court of Small Causes concerned.(b)The jurisdiction of the Vacation Judge, Court of Small Causes shall extend to all suits or proceedings cognizable by the Court of Small Causes concerned.
