Section 23 in MPERC (Micro-Grid Renewable Energy Generation and Supply) Regulations, 2016
23. Formation of Technical Committee.
(1)Technical Committee will be constituted at the state level, by the Commission.(2)The Committee will have representations from State Nodal Agency, Micro-Grid Operator and Distribution Licensee, not below the rank of Chief Engineer.(3)The Committee will supervise the overall progress of the proposed activities for effective implementation of the Regulations.
