123. Placing of services of Government employees at the disposal of Gram Panchayat or Zilla Panchayat.
- The State Government may, be notification, place at disposal of a Gram Panchayat or Zilla Panchayat services of such officers or other employees serving under it on such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the State Government;Provided that State Government shall have disciplinary control over such officers and employees.
