       UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
                           O R D E R

Mr. Paras Kuhad, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the Union of India, prays that at the first instance, the petitioner may be permitted to dispose of 10 metric tonnes of UCIL waste at TSDF, Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh.

Learned Additional Solicitor General states that further submits that all the statutory requirements for such a disposal, including permission from the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Central Pollution Control Board, Madhaya Pradesh State Pollution Control Board and the State Government of Madhaya Pradesh, have already been obtained.

In case, the petitioner has not till date complied with all the statutory requirements, they shall do so before any step is taken for disposal of waste.

In view of the aforesaid, we permit the petitioner for disposal of 10 metric tonnes of UCIL waste at TSDF, Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh.

We further direct that the entire process viz., packaging, transportation and disposal be videographed and be monitored by the experts of the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Central Pollution Control Board, 3 Madhaya Pradesh State Pollution Control Board and the State Government of Madhaya Pradesh.

Needless to state that the petitioner-Union of India will keep the record of the videography and other proceedings.
