Section 33 in Bombay Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1951
33. Dealings in trophy and pets without licence prohibited. -
No person shall carry on the business of trophy dealer or dealer in pets, except under and in accordance with the trophy dealer's licence or pets dealer's licence granted under the provisions of this Chapter.
