Section 6(1) in Basavakalyan Development Board Rules, 2005
(1)The qualifications, mode of appointment, the conditions of service and the scales of pay of the Commissioner and other employees of the ;Board shall be as governed by the respective rules including Karnataka Civil Services Rules and Pay Scale Rules. The Designation of the post, the scale of pay, the number of posts the minimum qualifications and the mode of filling up of these posts on the commencement of these rules shall be as specified in G.O.No.RD 147 REH 2003 (P), Dated 31.05.2005.
