Section 130(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)As per Section 20 of the act, every permission granted shall remain valid upto three years, If within the validity period the work is not completed and completion certificate as prescribed under Section 20 of the Act, is not received, the owner shall have to apply for revalidation of the permission in Form-XIV along with copies of the previously approved plan and approval letter and the details of the construction already undertaken and such other information as may be required and pay all the fees and charges as prescribed in the Act.
