Section 81(1) in Sikkim Forests, Water Courses and Road Reserve (Preservation and Protection) Act, 1988
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any forest officer for anything which is in good faith done or in tended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
