171. Free copy of the order.
- When any orders of punishment have been passed the officer punished shall be entitled to receive a copy of the order of punishment free of cost, and shall also be allowed to take a copy of the rest of the record, paying for the copy at the usual copy rate or providing his own paper and copyist.
