Section 16(x) in Orissa Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Conditions off Preventive Detention) Order, 1979
(x)shall not refuse to place himself in specified position of photographs and to register his finger prints as may be required under Clause 14.
