Section 15(1) in Goa Tax on Entry of Goods Rules, 2000
(1)Every registered dealer and every person liable to get himself registered under the Act shall keep and maintain a true and correct account of his daily transaction showing the value of the entry of scheduled goods into a local area for consumption, use or sale therein.
