Section 112(a) in Bihar Coal Mining Area Development Authority Rules, 1988
(a)Every notice mentioned above shall be accompanied by the receipt of fee deposited with the Authority calculated at the rate of 3 per cent of the annual valuation of the holding and the fee shall not be refunded in any case.
