4. Amendment of section 53, Rajasthan Act 35 of 1959.
- In subsection (2) of section 53 of the principal Act. for the words 'taking over possession of the land under sub-section (5) or sub- section (6), the words Â’absolutely vesting of the land in the State Government under sub-section (4), shall be substituted.
