115JE. Application of other provisions of this Act.
- Save as otherwise provided in this Chapter, all other provisions of this Act shall apply to a [person] [Substituted by Act 23 of 2012, section 52, for 'a limited liability partnership' (w.e.f. 1-4-2013).] referred to in this Chapter.
