Section 14 in Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University Act, 2016
14. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely :-(i)the Governing Council;(ii)the Academic Council;(iii)the Finance Committee; and(iv)such other authorities as may be declared by regulations to be the authorities of the University.
