Section 57 in The West Bengal Separation of Judicial And Executive Functions Act, 1970
57. In sub-section (1) of section 164, -
(1)for the words "Magistrate of the first class", the words "Judicial Magistrate of the first class" shall be substituted;(2)for the words "Magistrate of the second class", the words "Judicial Magistrate of the second class" shall be substituted.
