(iii)The Regional Joint Director of School Education concerned shall be the competent authority to issue posting and transfer orders of the Headmasters Gr.II Gazetted working in Government High Schools, after the approval by the Committee.(II)For Transfer of Head Master Gr. II Gazetted in Zilla Parishad High Schools
