61. Voting procedure.
(1)A voter on receipt of the ballot paper, shall forthwith proceed to the voting compartment; there make a mark on the ballot paper with the instrument supplied for the purpose in or near the symbol of the candidate for whom he intends to vote; fold the ballot paper so as to conceal his vote; insert the folded ballot paper into the ballot box and quit the polling station.(2)No voter shall remain in the polling station longer that what is reasonably necessary for casting his vote.
