1. This application preferred by the Municipal Corporation seeking to vacate the interim relief granted by this Court on 24th May, 2016. Pleadings are over, the main matter is also on board today. Learned advocate Mr. Nilesh A Pandya appearing for the corporation requires time to proceed with the main matter.
2. Civil Application is being disposed of on the ground that the relief is in operation for the period of nearly nine months, main matter deserves to be heard by giving opportunity to both the sides. As it is not convenient today to the learned advocate Mr.Nilesh A Pandya the matter at his request kept on 3rd February, 2017.
