Section 113(2)(b) in Grama Panchayats Rules, 1968

(b)[furnish the Director of Grama Panchayats] [Substituted by S.R.O.No. 648/99 vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1183, Dated, 16.8.1999.] at the end of every quarter of each year full particulars of loan sanctioned and disbursed to the Grama Sasan of his area and the recoveries of principal and interest in respect of such loan, in such form and in such manner as may be directed by the Director of Grama Panchayats from time to time.
