Section 24(2) in The Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board Act, 2010
(2)The Board shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts, including the balance-sheet in such form as the Government may by rules prescribed in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor- General of India.
